1955 Chevrolet Bel Air
Same Owner for over 25 years
It was "Hot Rodded" in the 60's which was typical for that era and therefore the style is of that time period
It has a High Performance 327 V-8 Motor with double hump heads from a 1966 Impala
4-SPEED Manual Transmission
Both engine and Trans were replaced in the 60s
The rockers are original, they have been patched when it was built, the backside of the rocker does have rust and the floor boards are weak where they attach to the inner rocker
The floor boards are weak, not weak to the point where you are not secure sitting in the car. There are a couple of floor supports that are rusted away, it appears. It has also been undercoated at some point.
Trunks has some patch work done, looks like some sort of repair along the back of the trunk where they all rust.
May not look to bad for 62 years old
